U.S. Government clients can now access Jason Associates Corporation (Jason) through Federal Supply Schedules administered by the General Services Administration (GSA). The GSA has developed the Federal Supply Schedules to streamline the contracting process for Federal agencies. To qualify for a schedule, a company must have its capabilities and rates approved and verified by the GSA. Jason is approved by the GSA to provide Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS), and, as a small business, Jason is approved to provide Environmental support. This contract was awarded May 2001. Under this contract, Jason is qualified for the following SINs: SIN 874-1 Consulting Services (includes strategic planning, business planning and support, systems engineering, performance measurement, process modeling, project and program audits, and quality assurance support) SIN 874-2 Facilitation Services (includes process analysis, team building, facilitation design and training, meeting agenda development, and consensus building) SIN 874-3 Survey Services (includes identifying customer base and market size and customer service needs and levels of satisfaction along with measuring employee attitudes and productivity) SIN 874-4 Training Services (includes providing off-the-shelf and customized training and developing training courses and manuals, as well as, process improvements and ISO 9000 and ISO 14000) SIN 874-7 Program Integration and Project Management Services (includes applying the techniques of successful program integration and project management such as setting realistic project schedules, preparing project plans, and estimating task duration and labor) SIN 874-8 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Services (includes negotiated rule-making, mediation, partnering, consensus building, and non-binding arbitration).
