Federal agencies and commercial firms are faced with a myriad of expanding requirements to: clean up contaminated sites; operate current facilities with minimal effluents, discharges, and wastes; and to plan future facilities with minimal impacts to the environment and surrounding communities. Meeting these requirements requires access to a broad array of expertise and occasional peak staffing support.
  • Jason Associates Corporation (Jason) has been providing environmental and technical support services since 1987.
  • Jason provides cost-effective expertise to Federal and commercial projects to meet compliance requirements.
Jason's responsibilities on support services contracts include compliance with NEPA, operational compliance with RCRA, compliance with CWA regulations, and implementation of Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Energy (DOE) Orders and Directives. On a task-order basis, Jason regularly prepares natural resource studies and plans, ecological risk assessments, environmental planning guidance, RCRA Part B Permits and permit reviews, water quality permit applications, NEPA compliance documents (including environmental assessments and environmental impact statements), and baseline inventories. Jason also provides highly skilled public involvement resources.

One of Jason's specialty areas is providing comprehensive environmental risk assessments with emphasis on site characterizations, regulatory and site management profiles, descriptions of land-use practices, hazard identification, exposure assessments, and environmental risk identification. These risk assessments can be used to provide NEPA documentation, CERCLA documentation, OSHA documentation, and Safety Analysis Reports.
